The belief that “thin is beautiful” is pervasive in our culture. We are all highly susceptible to both social pressure and media images which can have a profound effect on how we see our bodies. Especially now, being faced the social distances and pandemic times, even more spending time by consuming social media.

A woman’s body is capable of amazing things and facing all kinds of changes though growing, giving a birth, continuous stress, challenges and so on.

As a strong team of incredible Palmagente women we truly believe that body image starts on the inside. It really does!
